THE D'OYLY CARTE OPERA COMPANY

Eric Boyd was in his sixties when he joined the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company as a chorister in July 1944. He remained with the Company until July 1950.

His only appearances in named parts on the London Stage were in Sigmund Romburg's The Desert Song:as Hadji at the Alhambra in 1931, and as Mindar at the Prince of Wales's in 1943.
